NICOLAU STENO, by Rui

In Sciences, the class was asked to prepare and present a PPt on "My Scientist". Each student chose a different scientist and following correction by the Sciences Teacher, leaners were asked to do the same in English. The PPts you will see published here in the next few days are the result of that collaboration between myself and teacher Maria João Machado.
The first one is by Rui and is on Nicolau Steno. 
Let's meet him, shall we?

    The realization of this work allowed us to meet some of the great scientists, like this gentleman. It is interesting to know that despite the age in which they lived were able to make several discoveries and progress and that their knowledge is still applied in our studies.

      Exactly João: knowledge from other areas and subjects applied to English - the international language of communication worldwide and the one you will always need :)
      All the presentations are interesting, João, and met the requirements, in other words: KISS ;) (Keep It Short and Simple)

    I had never visited your classes blog. It was a good surprise!! Congratulations to all who contribute to the blog.
    I loved seeing your ppt on "My scientist ..." and I was glad to see how my students write so well in english (much better than me!)
