After our recording sessions, here is a compilation of photos taken by the shining stars behind the voices you've heard in the 6 slideshows we have been publishing for the last couple of days. Whenever there was someone else available, photos were taken to make those moments as memorable for me as for my students.
"I'm not afraid / To take a stand / ... We'll walk this road together, through the storm / Whatever weather, cold or warm / Just letting you know you're not alone" sings Eminem in Not Afraid , one of my favourite songs by this versatile artist. In spite of the rocky beginning with the photo uploading, my students were not afraid to do something new and different and embraced the project and the recordings wholeheartedly. They are to be congratulated for their photos, for their recordings and commitment as they wanted nothing less than perfection - it was me who sometimes denied repeating the recordings.
Therefore...Thank you Shining As, Moms and Dads, Professor Donna and all fellow course participants for your encouragement and support in this beginning ;)
Now please share some nice moments and don't go away before leaving your precious comments.
Thank you all!
Happy Viewing!

Dear Alex and students,
ReplyDeleteWhat a great video! It is " The Making of Shiningasoure". Isn't it fantastic to have your wonderful teacher give you individulal and personal attention so that you can benefit maximum from your time in class? How I wish I could do so for my own students. We have such a large class which makes it impossible. You are so lucky to have a great teacher like Alex. Take advantage from her and keep up the good work.
Kudos from Tetuan
Dear Karim,
DeleteWe were missing your wisdom already!
I do try to give each of these (s)heroes as much attention as possible, but I reach them differently. Anyway, what matters is their engagement and learning, correct?
I am sure you also feel the same for your students and do as much as you possibly can!
Keep in touch, (teacher) Karim,
(Teacher) Alex
yes teacher alex what matters is their engagement and learning.....
